Frequently Asked Questions by our patients
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment necessary! We pride ourselves on our walk-in patient structure. Our clinics work off of our Patient Queue which only allows for same-day scheduling. However, if you would like to enter the Patient Queue and wait for our services at home, you can register online here.
Who will be taking care of me?
Our clinics are staffed with trusted and experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physicians Assistants. They work with a dedicated team of Medical Assistants and Radiologic Technicians (ARRT) to ensure that you and your loved ones get the best possible care, in a comfortable environment.
What should I bring?
To be prepared be sure you bring your photo ID and your insurance card, if applicable. A picture or PDF copy of your insurance card will suffice, just make sure you have an image of both the front and the back of your insurance card. Bring a form of payment incase your insurance requires a copay, and you will be all set to be seen by a provider!
How long will my visit take?
Our wait times are consistently shorter than the emergency room, averaging between 30 minutes – 1 hour. However, urgent care can be unpredictable as we offer a wide range of services. This is why we allow our patients to enter our Patient Queue and wait at home. Join the Patient Queue from home.
How much does urgent care cost?
Our self-pay prices start at $125 for an office visit. Additional labs, procedures, and testing are separate charges and are not included in the office visit. Payment is due at the time of service for our self-pay patients.
If you are using insurance, you will be responsible to pay the amount your insurance company declares as patient responsibility; such as a copay, deductible or coinsurance.
What forms of payment do you accept?

While we are not in-network with some HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) plans; Find the detailed list of insurance providers and plans we are in network with.
Do you accept Public Aid or Medicaid?
Unfortunately, we are not currently in-network with Medicaid or Public Aid.
What if I do not have Insurance?
No Insurance? No problem! In an effort to remain accessible to our patients we offer a competitive price for our office visits at just $125. Learn more about our self-pay pricing here.
Why do you ask for my credit card at check-in?
A great feature our clinics offer is the ability to ‘leave your card on file’ . What this does is automatically charge the card you used at check-in for the remaining charges of your visit, once insurance has determined how much of the visit they will cover. Meaning you do not have to worry about late fees or collections. This also give our patient with FSA or HSA cards the opportunity to ensure that card gets charged for your visit.
Will you refill my prescription?
We have the ability to refill non-controlled substances for up to a week, depending on the prescription. Ensuring you have enough of your medication until you can see your primary care physician.
Can a minor be treated without a guardian?
To treat a minor in our clinics we require a guardian’s consent. We can take verbal consent over the phone.
