Meaning we are available to patients 7 days a week and for 363 days a year, only closing on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We do not stop there! Every PromptMed Urgent Care clinic operates on a walk-in basis. Meaning that our communities now have access to same-day healthcare. We pride ourselves on our walk-in structure as it has become increasingly more difficult to get an appointment with your primary care physicians and we know the wait between appointments can be very difficult. Of course, another option for same-day healthcare is in the emergency room. While our services do not replace the services of the emergency room, when it comes to acute injuries and procedures such as dislocation or stitches, we are both qualified and equipped to help at PromptMed Urgent Care.

Unlike the emergency room, we do not charge a facility fee, we keep your expenses down by focusing on what truly matters -- your care. This means that the money you spend in our clinics goes directly towards your care, making sure you receive the best possible care at a fair price.
