PromptMed Urgent Care is a proudly committed walk-in medical clinic serving the neighborhoods of Highland Park and the NorthShore. Established in April of 2023, PromptMed Urgent Care – Highland Park offers access to quality medical care in a convenient location and at an affordable price.

Each clinic location is staffed by experienced healthcare professionals who provide patients with prompt and compassionate care, tailored to their needs. Our teams are made up of Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants, Radiologic Technicians (ARRT) and a team of Medical Assistants to aid in the diligent care of their patients.

This clinic is located on Green Bay Road in Renaissance Place across the street from Sunset Foods grocery store and down the street from Starbucks.

Parking is available to patients in front of the clinic and additional parking is available free up to 3 hours in the Renaissance Place parking garage, just left of the clinic.

All clinics are open 7 days a week: 363 days a year and daily operating hours are from 8am to 8pm Monday – Friday; 9am to 5pm on Saturdays & Sundays.
